We will tailor your CV to a specific job target, showcasing your unique value by highlighting your strengths, achievements, and credentials to ensure you get noticed.

With our 60-Day Interview Guarantee, you’ll land at least one interview within 60 days of completing your package with us, or we’ll keep working with you at no extra cost until you do.

How The Guarantee Works

We want you to feel confident every step of the way – and our 60-Day Interview Guarantee is designed to do just that. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works.

How To Activate The Guarantee

To stay covered by the Guarantee, here’s what we ask from you:

• Purchase an Elevate or CV writing package – the Guarantee applies to both.
• Stay actively involved – respond to messages, review/approve deliverables, and attend coaching calls.
• Engage fully in your job search – apply to at least three target roles per week on trusted portals and follow the plan.

If you do not follow the plan we set together or apply to at least 3 target roles per week, the Guarantee may no longer apply.

When The Guarantee Starts

Your 60-day Guarantee period begins the day after we’ve delivered your CV and cover letter and you’ve signed off on them. From that point, you’ve got 60 calendar days of cover.

If You Don’t Receive An Interview

We’re confident you will – in fact, 97% of our clients land interviews within 60 days. But, if no valid interview comes through in 60 days, you’ll have two options:

1. Keep going with us – we’ll continue supporting your job search with further CV tweaks and by revisiting your application strategy, free of charge, until you secure an interview.
2. Request a refund – we’ll offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

You’ll need to email us with your chosen option within 14 days after your Guarantee period ends, or you might miss out on further support or a possible full refund.

Exclusions To The Guarantee

While we fully stand behind our commitment, there are a few situations where this Guarantee doesn’t apply:

• Unpaid roles, internships, or stipend-only opportunities (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).
• Interviews cancelled or withdrawn by the employer for reasons beyond our control.
• Times where you fail to engage with the job search or attend interviews.
