How The Guarantee Works

We want you to feel confident every step of the way – and our 6-Month Job Offer Guarantee is designed to do just that. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works.

How To Activate The Guarantee

To stay covered by the Guarantee, here’s what we ask from you:

• Purchase an Elevate package – the Guarantee only applies to clients on Elevate.
• Stay actively involved – respond to messages, review/approve deliverables, and attend coaching calls.
• Engage fully in your job search – show up to interviews and follow the plan we set together.

If you miss key deadlines, go quiet for long stretches, or disengage from the process, the Guarantee may no longer apply.

When The Guarantee Starts

Your six-month Guarantee period begins the day after we’ve delivered everything included in your Elevate package and you’ve signed off on it. From that point, you’ve got six full calendar months of cover.

If You Don’t Receive A Job Offer

We’re confident you will – in fact, 91% of our clients secure at least one job offer in 90 days. But, if no valid offer comes through in six months, you’ll have two options:

1. Keep going with us – we’ll continue managing your job search (applications, outreach, coaching, and interview prep), free of charge, for an additional six months.
2. Request a refund – we’ll offer a partial or full refund based on the circumstances.

You’ll need to email us with your chosen option within 14 days after your Guarantee period ends, or you might miss out on further support or a possible full refund.

Exclusions To The Guarantee

While we fully stand behind our commitment, there are a few situations where this Guarantee doesn’t apply:

• Unpaid roles, internships, or stipend-only opportunities (unless we’ve agreed otherwise).
• Job offers withdrawn by the employer for reasons beyond our control.
• Times where you fail to engage with the job search or attend interviews.
• Any situation where the offer falls through due to legal/employment issues.
