These profiles are designed to improve visibility with recruiters and ensure consistent, professional positioning. You’ll receive structured job application reports at least twice per week, outlining all roles applied for, the stage of each application, and any employer responses. This ensures full transparency throughout your job search. You’ll also have access to the Elevate Suite, where you can monitor your applications and progress in real time via your personalised dashboard.

Yes. You can pay your programme fee in 3–4 interest-free instalments using Clearpay or Klarna, depending on the availability of these pay later services in your region. The total programme fee remains exactly the same whether you pay upfront or choose an instalment option. There are no hidden admin fees, setup charges, or additional costs added by GoCareer for paying in instalments. The instalment option simply exists to provide flexibility and make the programme more accessible. Please note that vendor terms and conditions apply for all pay later and payment provider services.

Absolutely. Most of our clients are employed when they join. Elevate is designed to reduce the workload associated with job searching by handling much of the research, preparation, and application process for you, allowing you to focus on interviews and decision-making rather than administration.

We regularly support professionals following redundancy. We'll help you rebuild momentum quickly, strengthen your positioning, identify suitable opportunities, and create a structured job search plan. Many clients use redundancy as an opportunity to secure a stronger role, improve their salary, or move into a more rewarding career path.

Employment gaps don't automatically prevent you from securing a great role. We'll help you present your experience effectively, address any gaps appropriately, rebuild confidence, and focus on the skills, achievements, and value that employers care about most today.

Each Elevate package includes a fixed number of managed job applications. Elevate Lite includes 10 tailored applications and Elevate Pro includes 20 tailored applications. Once the included application allocation has been exhausted, application submissions will pause. Clients have 14 working days from notification that their allocation has been exhausted to purchase additional application services. During this period, the 60-Day Interview Guarantee and, where applicable, the 6-Month Job Offer Guarantee will be suspended. The guarantee period will resume once additional applications have been purchased and application activity recommences. If additional applications are not purchased within this 14-working-day period, the applicable guarantees will no longer remain valid.
