How The Guarantee Works

Your 60-day guarantee begins when your first managed application is submitted.

Whilst most Elevate clients land interviews well before the 60-day guarantee period ends, every job search is different. If you secure an interview within 60 days, fantastic – your guarantee has been successfully fulfilled.

If you haven’t secured an interview by then, we won’t simply continue submitting the same applications. Instead, we’ll:

• Review your target role(s) to determine whether your job target is realistic or needs adjusting.
• Assess your application strategy, including job level, industries, keywords, and approach to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Revise your master CV and cover letter to better showcase your strengths and align with your agreed job target.
• Continue supporting your search at no additional cost until you secure an interview.

Our goal isn’t simply to keep applying – it’s to continually improve your chances of securing genuine interview opportunities.

Keeping Your Guarantee Active

The best results come from working together. We’ll manage your strategy, applications, and career support. All we ask is that you stay actively engaged throughout the programme.

To remain eligible you’ll need to:

• Respond promptly to our communications
• Be available to attend interviews
• Provide accurate career information
• Follow the agreed search strategy
• Remain engaged throughout your programme

If communication stops, interviews are missed, inaccurate information is provided, or circumstances outside our control prevent the recruitment process from progressing, the guarantee may no longer apply.

To remain eligible for the Interview Guarantee after your included applications have been used, you can continue expanding your job search in one of two ways:

• Purchase additional managed application bundles so we can continue applying on your behalf; or
• Continue actively participating in your agreed job search strategy, in line with our Terms and Conditions.
