How To Activate The Guarantee

To stay fully covered, here’s what we ask:

• Stay engaged – respond to messages, review deliverables, attend coaching calls
• Commit to the process – apply to at least three target roles per week via trusted portals

When The Guarantee Starts

Your 60-day Guarantee begins the day after you approve your CV and cover letter. From that point, you’re covered for 60 full calendar days.

If You Don’t Land An Interview

We expect you will – 97% of our clients land at least one interview in 60 days.
But if no valid interview lands within 60 days, you choose what happens next:

1. Continue with us – We keep supporting your search with CV refinements and strategy adjustments, until you secure an interview, at no extra cost.
2. Request a refund – You may be eligible for a partial or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Just email us within 14 days of your Guarantee period ending to select your option.

Exclusions To The Guarantee

We stand firmly behind this Guarantee, with a few clear exceptions:

• Unpaid roles, internships, or stipend-only positions (unless agreed upfront)
• Interviews cancelled or withdrawn by employers for reasons outside our control
