To activate your Protection, you must:
We may request basic documentation (such as a redundancy letter or confirmation from your employer) to confirm eligibility.
Your 1-year Protection period begins the day you start your new role secured through Elevate and lasts for 12 full calendar months. If your employment ends during this period due to redundancy or non-disciplinary reasons beyond your control, you’re covered.

You’ll need to email us within 14 days of your role ending, or this Protection may not apply.
While we fully stand behind our commitment, this Protection does not apply if:
