How The Protection Works

We’re here for you for the long haul – and our 1-Year Redundancy Protection is designed to do just that. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works.

How To Activate The Protection

To activate your Protection, you must:

• Have purchased and completed an Elevate package – this is an exclusive benefit for Elevate clients only.
• Have received a qualifying job offer during your 6-Month Guarantee period.
• Email us within 14 days of your role ending due to redundancy or involuntary job loss.

We may request basic documentation (such as a redundancy letter or confirmation from your employer) to confirm eligibility.

When Protection Starts

Your 1-year Protection period begins the day you start your new role secured through Elevate and lasts for 12 full calendar months. If your employment ends during this period due to redundancy or non-disciplinary reasons beyond your control, you’re covered.

If You’re Made Redundant

We’ll reactivate your Elevate package, free of charge, and help you get back on your feet quickly with:

• Updated CV and LinkedIn profile
• Fresh job applications and employer outreach
• Interview prep and strategy
• Ongoing coaching and support

We’ll continue working with you until you secure your next qualifying job offer – up to six months of dedicated help.

You’ll need to email us within 14 days of your role ending, or this Protection may not apply.

Exclusions To The Protection

While we fully stand behind our commitment, this Protection does not apply if:

• You voluntarily resign from your role
• You’re dismissed for cause or due to performance-related issues
• Your role ends due to the natural expiry of a fixed-term contract (unless we’ve agreed otherwise)
