2. “Two most relevant achievements” are selected based on information provided during the intake process and chosen for their relevance to the desired role or sector.
3. “ATS-Friendly Formatting” refers to document structures optimised for Applicant Tracking Systems, giving your CV and cover letter the best chance of being noticed by recruiters.
4. Professional Bios are customised to reflect the client’s background and objectives. Typical length is 300–500 words, though this may vary slightly to accurately represent the client’s personal brand.
5. Networking CVs present achievements concisely and visually, positioning you as the ideal candidate on a single page. Minor formatting adjustments may be made if additional information is required to maintain clarity and readability.
6. Video interview services include timed interview questions, thinking time before responding, and the option to redo each response once. The number of interviews refers to the sessions included in your selected package.
7. “Personalised expert feedback” refers to written guidance provided by a career specialist based on responses submitted during video interview sessions.
8. Downloadable recordings and transcripts are made available after interview completion and may be stored for a limited period within the platform used to deliver the service.
9. “Targeted applications” within the Elevate Programme add-ons refer to job applications submitted by our team using optimised CVs and cover letters aligned with roles selected during the application process. Add-ons are available only to clients with an active Elevate Programme package.
10. Brand, Documents, and LinkedIn Refresh services transform your professional presence to align with your target roles. Each element is optimised for maximum impact and recruiter attention. Available exclusively to existing clients.
11. Career coaching sessions are one-to-one meetings with an expert career specialist via Google Meet. Sessions are tailored to your goals and scheduled for the full allotted time. Outcomes depend on the individual circumstances, engagement, and actions taken by the client. Guidance and strategy are provided, but employment outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
12. Gift cards can be loaded with a custom amount and redeemed against eligible services available at the time. Service availability may change over time. Delivery scheduling refers to the date the notification is sent to the recipient and may be subject to system processing times.
13. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Availability and turnaround times may vary depending on demand, client responsiveness, and service scope.
14. Interest-free “pay later” options are available through PayPal Pay in 3, Clearpay and Klarna. These services allow you to spread the cost of your purchases over instalments at no additional interest. Availability of these payment options in your region is determined by the respective providers, and their own terms and conditions apply.
