The Strategic Organisational Development Partner will play a pivotal role in delivering a collaborative, inclusive and high performing culture, leading and supporting HROD-wide strategic projects. Working closely with our Strategic HR Partners, the postholder will provide strategic leadership for workforce planning and organisational culture, ensuring that Lambeth’s workforce can adapt to achieve its objectives. As the organisation’s expert on Organisational Development, the role involves leading on all aspects of change, transformation, employee engagement and performance management, capability development and strategic workforce planning.
