The role of a People Experience Partner (PEEP) is to be the primary career partner for a cohort of Opencast consultants, providing 121 coaching, development support, and guidance on progression and employability. PEEPs build trusted relationships with consultants, helping them navigate their careers while enabling high performance, engagement, and wellbeing.
