As an Employment Adviser, you’ll help change people’s lives by supporting them into sustainable employment. You’ll deliver high-quality, personalised support to people who are long-term unemployed and participate in the Department for Work and Pensions’ Restart Scheme. Committed to providing an excellent service to every customer, your role will involve carefully assessing individual needs, creating tailored action plans and CVs, and offering a range of support, from skills development to job search assistance. While you’ll have targets designed to support positive outcomes, you’ll also be supported in your role and will be encouraged to innovate and develop networks. Some of your customers may have complex needs and you might work with specialised services to support them.

Nursery Room Leader
In this role, you’ll be supporting the Compliance Lead in assessing and improving the safety of the franchisee network. This will be through conducting regular site visits and desktop reviews of completed installations, then analysing and presenting this data back to both franchisees and internal OVO teams.
A franchise business model means that the feedback from these assessments is more than often in the form of support and guidance, so it is really important to have an ability to build and maintain strong relationships and use these to help influence outcomes. We need a great communicator who is experienced in health and safety, open to continually learning and able to mentor franchisees to operate with the highest H&S standards.
